Not going to have much from the PA system inside the project, but I wanted to try a new dialogue box for it. Could have used the same radio-dialogue as Kentaro had, I suppose, but I’m not overly fond of that either. Any preferences? I mean, now that it probably no longer matters? 🙂

PA System: ...INVADING TROOPS, STAND DOWN AND SURRENDER. YOUR UNCONDITIONAL OBEDIENCE IS REQUIRED...
Jacob: Sounds like Msaka's forces are inside the building. Not sure if you'll be safer with them or not.
Girii: My guess is not.
PA System: ...OR YOU WILL BE EXTERMINATED. YOUR LEADERS HAVE ALREADY ADMITTED TO TREASON...
Roger: Jacob -- I'm tied into security. Someone's coming.
Girii: Ow. Why does that hurt so much?
PA System: ...LOWER COMMAND RANKS WITHOUT GENETIC DEVIANCIES MAY BE RELEASED UNHARMED...
Roger: Kentaro's code is overclocking my implants. The metal bits in my head are overheating.

I like Roger, he’s good comic relief. So would somebody be so kind as to get the poor guy a bucket of ice to dip his head in?. Or at least a cold running shower?
Most anything works to differentiate the loudspeaker from other conversations, but the parentheses work for me. Just wanted to note that on some blogs the triple parens are used to indicate something or someone being given an unusual amount of attention.
I like the PA bubbles.
Agreed on the PA bubbles – sound coming from a speaker is sometimes shown as successively larger stacked line arcs, and the shapes here match that quite will. I immediately recognized what was happening.
