Oh, dear. She’s stuck in an infinite loop, and he’s an idiot. Well, that’s love for you.

Chapter 17, Page 4

A subtheme of this chapter is going to involve learning a little bit about our secondary characters.  General Sakut is an interesting guy.  Lots of nomadic people in 22nd century Africa — it was safer wandering the desert than being in cities during the plague years.  And any guy who can corral those disparate people into a single army has got to be a little crazy.

I feel the need to say something about the attacks in Paris last week…but you all probably don’t want to hear it.  Let’s just say that in some circles, genocide is still very much an active policy in today’s world.

Msaka: So tell me -- tactically, is this a good idea?
Sakut: ...
Msaka: ...you can't be serious.
Sakut: If we commandeer the shipping fleet, I can have our army there in two weeks.
Msaka: (sigh) Volunteers only. This is crazy, so we should only ask the crazy to serve.
Sakut: My troops are Fulani, Bedouin, and Imaziyen. 'Crazy' is what's kept us alive this long.

  1. Z00l00k says:

Reality seems to be crappier than the fiction of this comic. But go on with your track and finish what you started. If anything is worth to consider later it’s a prequel of this comic, like how the organization of the Genocide Men originated.

  2. Ming the Merciless says:

Genocide have been mohamedans’ policy since year 650AD…All dead in Egypt(Copts), Anatolia(In Turkey, the Greeks & Armenians), Persia(Zoroastrians), half of the Balkans, half of India, Indonesia, Africa…

  3. Pat Scaramuzza says:

Genocide has been *humanity’s* policy since the dawn of time. That’s the point.

  4. Ming the Merciless says:

The socialists tried to beat Mohamed’s followers record, but got nowhere near, only 100 million genocided last century, while mohamedans got a billion raped, enslaved, tortured and murdered…Dracula, a champ in his own right, said that there was an eviscerated christian on every street corner of Istanbul in his youth as an hostage.
Sure, open any page of history at random and you read of a city getting sacked and exterminated but Islam has organized this tendency into a razziah mafia and called it a “religion”…Present day Syria’s devastation is the Umma’s normal.

  5. The Dancer says:

When asking questions regarding tactics and you just get a crazy smile back. Yeah this is going to be epic.
