    It would be a Chinese two handed War Sword, yes a far better weapon…although the European ones had much greater reach, and being dull until the middle of the blade, grabbing there with the left hand could punch through any armor…that’s how the inspired “coup de Jarnac” was invented!

    Yes, she is holding the blade to cut hamstrings or at least achille’s tendons…Jarnac’s was a famous fight that effete modern swordsmen turned infamous…
